Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Parkering har plads til flere biler og campingvogn. Our little gem is almost 100 years old & combines modernity with Danish retro charm.💎 The house is centrally located while still being quiet & peaceful with a garden to relax after a fun day in the city centre. We offer two guest bikes, with which it takes 20min into the old town, 10min to christianshavn, Christiania or Amager Strand🏖️. The metro is a 12min walk away, the 🚌 3min. 113m2 living space & a large garden offer plenty of space for a family or friend group of up to 5 people 🏡🌻

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.
