I welcome you to stay in my copenhagen home - just 2 metro stops away from the city center (Kongens Nytorv) and the beach (Amager Strand). Located in the neighborhood of Amagerbro you will have access to nice nearby cafés - for example Mad & Kaffe (on my street), Wulff & Konstali (brunch by the water) and Alice (bakery and the best ice cream). The apartment is tucked away from the busy road and is connected to a green courtyard so you can enjoy peaceful moments in between exploring the city.

På en blind sidegade mellem Holmbladsgade og Prags Boulevard, ligger denne enestående lejlighed i den unikke fabriksbygning Factory House. Her får du fornemmelsen af dit eget private byhus, da lejligheden har sin egen indgang som fører dig frem til lejlighedens egen gårdhave og to terrasser. I stueplan ligger et lille soveværelse, badeværelse og kontor. På 1. sal ligger mastersoveværelse. Lejligheden bliver din egen lille oase midt i byen lige ved Amagerbro Metro og cykelafstand til stranden.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment bright and sunny. New furniture and appliances, spacious rooms, friendly neighbors. Convenient location. Metro 30 meters. 10 min drive to the airport and city center. Large shopping center Fields 5 minutes. The best location for guests with children. There is a gazebo and a grill area on the roof.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops.
