Hakka House" significa "Casa degli Ospiti" ed è così che l'ho pensata, su misura per i miei clienti, finemente ristrutturata è al piano terra (con sei scalini all'entrata) di una signorile palazzina in cortina. La casa è composta da due camere matrimoniali, con bagno privato in camera e la possibiltà del terzo letto e da una piacevole ed attrezzata zona comune completa di cucina.L'ambiente è silenzioso per godere di un tranquillo riposo al termine di una eccitante giornata Romana. HH è situata in zona S.Giovanni a 30 MT dalla fermata della metro linea A Ponte Lungo e a 500 MT dalla fermata ferroviaria FR1 Tuscolana, collegata con l'aereoporto di Fiumicino.La disponibiltà dei due servizi è complementare e privilegia i vostri spostamenti permettendovi di raggiungere in pochi minuti tutti i luoghi di interesse della città anche quelli fuori dal classico percorso della Linea A e B della metro.La zona è molto carina, Via Albenga è una traversa di Via Appia Nuova, famosa per i suoi negozi selezionati, con una piccola passeggiata si raggiungono la Basilica di S.Giovanni in Laterano, La Scala Santa, il Colosseo e per gli appassionati dei mercatini, Via Sannio, posto nella omonima via, con lo storico mercato di abbigliamento nuovo ed usato è una occasione da non perdere. I prezzi si intendono in euro e non includono la tassa di soggiorno.Il comune applica una tassa di soggiorno di Euro 3,50 a persona, a notte, fino a 10 notti. Altrettanto comoda è la stazione Tuscolana che collega HakkaHouse con le altre stazioni, con il quartiere di Trastevere ma soprattutto in 45 minuti vi porta all' aereoporto di Fiumicino con soli 8 euro. Welcome to Casa Mirea: Located in the heart of Sorrento, on Padre Reginaldo Giuliani alley, right next to St. Francis Convent where Marina and Port are easily accessible by elevator or stairs. On the opposite side you can see St. Philip and James Cathedral's clockwork tower and the dome of Sedil Dominova (from the balcony). The apartment, located in a typical historical building (built during the XVI century), has been recently renewed.
