Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. We have a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bath, living room and dining area When you book would you PLEASE let me know whether or not you will be traveling with a dog and if you are what breed of dog will you be bringing. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

This 25 year old home that has all the amenities that you will need and sits a 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean with a 1 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. With enough parking for 3 cars and is in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, mini golf, arcade, and 2 ice cream shops. Also a outdoor shower
