The entire house is available to you but I'm at your disposal in case you have any questions. The best way to contact me is through AirBnb messages. I'm also available via text message and phone. The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

We are just 0.5 miles from the dam, 3 miles from "The Preserve," 4 miles from "Tubing on the Horseshoe"/"Whitewater Amphitheater," and only 2 miles from the Guadalupe River Access Trail. The Zen Cabin is a warm and modern space, equipped with a washer/dryer, TV, BBQ Grill, and a full kitchen!

Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.
