Very central. This amazing home is conveniently close to shopping and dinning options. Everything from Walmart to Town Center and Steak houses and sushi. If you need a mini getaway or you want to enjoy the fabulous sites that Las Vegas has to offer this home is a quick drive or Uber/Lyft trip away.

Very peaceful and friendly community, surrounded by mountains, at the end of Colorado River and Lake Mead. Within walking distance to eateries, gas station and a Family Dollar close by. A 30 min. drive to Grand canyon West. 100's of miles of UTV and ATV rides, four wheeling at its best. Several view points overlooking stunning Lake Mead and mountain ranges and magnificent sunsets.

Sitting just off the main highway in a prime and central location, our three bedroom, two bath home backs up to BLM land that we love taking our RZR out on! Our home is perfect for two families with children; Parents in their own King beds and an extremely cool space for kids with three queen beds, Smart TV, PS with chairs. The perfect spot for both kids and adults after a day on the water or tearing it up on the sand!

Your Vegas Getaway is waiting for you here at our gorgeous home dressed with everything you'll need. Multiple beds to sleep up to 12guests. Large Pool to enjoy the hot summer days and plenty of space to make great memories. Master bedroom had a king bed and a custom walk in spa shower. 2 additional rooms with 3 queen beds and 3 baths total. We designed the home with dual living rooms one for entertainment and gathering and the other for separate living spaces with two pull out couches.

Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ.
