The upstairs Master Bedroom has ensuite bath with subway wall tiles and Art deco floor tiled shower and a closet with laundry hook-ups, both behind sliding barn doors. All the mechanicals, appliances, fixtures are new (2018/2019) and above average including thoughtful details oriented to todays lifestyle (USB charging ports in electrical outlets in bedrooms!). All this just minutes from Ski Plattekill in Roxbury, the Round Barn Farmer's Market in Margaretville and within 3hrs. from GWB. All the amenities of home Wi-Fi Direct TV. House has all New finishes from pillows, bed sheets, mattress all the way down to perfectly rolled white towels, always find a relief of cleanliness with a little touch of OCD. This centrally located contemporary chalet is surrounded by hiking trails and back country skiing. Just a short drive away from the retreat you'll find the small hamlet towns of Bovina, Bloomville, Delhi, Stamford and Hobart nestled in the Catskills. If you love wandering bookstores, enjoy exploring local art scenes, or have the desire to hug a baby goat, be sure to include these towns on your itenirary to embrace the full Catskills experience! 30 Mile Bike and walking trails ---https://www.traillink.com/trail/catskill-scenic-trail/ In the winter months its recommended to have and SUV since we are on our own private road. The road is cleaned of snow and anything above 2 Inches.

Come to beautiful Delaware County and settle into serene and comfortable surroundings for a restorative getaway in any season at this lovely Bovina cabin. Enjoy the hot tub, wrap-around deck, firepit, and pristine pond on 8 acres of rolling hillside property. *Notes: While our Air BnB Plus photo shoot was taken in winter, the cabin is a fantastic year-round respite, beautiful in every season. Also - each adult beyond 2 is $25 per night, but we do not charge for children, so do not include kids in your guest # (but let us know). Inside this 2- bdrm Catskills cabin, you'll find an open living/kitchen space with comfy couches and wood stove. Outside, there's a wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub. The cabin sits mountainside on eight beautiful acres of meadows, forest, a fantastic swimming pond and a fire pit. Swimming pond, deck, grill, fire pit, outdoor hot tub, wi-fi, and great local dining and festivals. Nearby farm stands, hiking, skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, and low-key town pool (in Andes). Amazing beef cattle are just down the road, so if you'd like some for the grill, we can put it in the fridge! We live right up the road so are readily available to answer all of your questions and provide whatever we can to make your stay memorable. The cabin is on Bramley Mountain in the beautiful town of Bovina Center. Neighboring farms offer organic veggies, grass-fed meat, cheese, and milk. The town also has top-rated Catskill dining, including Brushland Eating House, Table on Ten, and the Mountain Brook Inn. We're three hours from NYC by car. A beautiful ride! Buses also run regularly from Port Authority to nearby Andes or Delhi, so if you don't have a car, we're happy to pick you up. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full bed), blow-up bed, games, books, DVDs and video streaming access.

Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

Though the home is secluded, offering spectacular mountain views and total privacy, it’s just a three-minute drive to Margaretville’s restaurants, shops and galleries and under ten minutes to Belleayre Ski Resort as well many other local attractions.
