This centrally located contemporary chalet is surrounded by hiking trails and back country skiing. Just a short drive away from the retreat you'll find the small hamlet towns of Bovina, Bloomville, Delhi, Stamford and Hobart nestled in the Catskills. If you love wandering bookstores, enjoy exploring local art scenes, or have the desire to hug a baby goat, be sure to include these towns on your itenirary to embrace the full Catskills experience! 30 Mile Bike and walking trails ---https://www.traillink.com/trail/catskill-scenic-trail/ In the winter months its recommended to have and SUV since we are on our own private road. The road is cleaned of snow and anything above 2 Inches.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The 2025 vegetable garden is kicking in nicely! Tomatoes, beets, greens, peppers, beans and on and on. New: towels, hammock. Cupcake Cottage has had a total renovation: the same light, charm, and views remain but inside there is a new kitchen, flooring, and heating system. And outside, a new deck and porch configuration, windows, siding, roof and dormers. The house is an 1838 barn complete with old beams and rafters, and modern finishes of hemlock, red oak, and western red cedar throughout.

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.

There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around. We are very excited to announce that our cabin has a huge upgrade as of Spring '25. We now have a full bathroom with running water! Note that cabin has a kitchenette, not full kitchen.

This is a cozy cottage, tucked away at the end of a dirt road, surrounded by hundreds of acres of NYC State land with a hiking trail leading through forests and meadows with stunning views. In winter, all wheel drive is strongly recommended. Pets are welcome, ( $ 25 pet fee ) please let us know what dog breed you are bringing. Perfect location for a work-from-home alternative, with high-speed internet (100mbps/15mbps) or a vacation get-a-way. Please no hunting inquiry.

Feeling all at once close to town center and yet completely enveloped in mountaintop thicket, this idyllic perch above Bovina sets the scene for many a cozy adventure - snowshoeing and fireside cider in the winter, and outdoor showers, hiking and porch hanging in the summer.
