Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.
