Floor-to-ceiling glass to see hummingbirds feed on the deck or watch the slopes through towering pines. This expansive, rustic-styled home on 3 levels showcases chunky log furniture and slate floors, and has access to 4 hot tubs and a heated pool. Per Breckenridge Town Code, Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 8.
Parking for 1 car is included; additional space not guaranteed.
With 1500 square feet, 2 main bedrooms, a huge loft with 3 beds, a pull out sofa, and three levels/floors, this condo easily sleeps ten people - ideal for a big family vacation or two families to share. If you have infants, you are more than welcome to bring their travel cot and set it up in one of the bedrooms; there is no additional charge for infants!
Lower Level:
The two bedrooms are on the lower level; the master bedroom has a large king bed, HDTV, and it's own fireplace. The other suite has a queen bed and HDTV. Both bedrooms have amazing views of the pines and snow. Also on the lower floor is a full bathroom with 6-person steam shower - perfect after a long day on the slopes!
Main Level:
The main level is the living and dining areas and another bathroom. The gourmet kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, and other essentials you could need. The dining room has a large farm table and it's own fireplace to keep you warm. The living room has two large couches (one pull-out) and a reclining love seat, situated around amazing views of the ski area and an HDTV to watch one of the over 100 movies at the condo.
Loft:
A spiral staircase leads to the large loft area that has 3 beds - one queen and two twin beds. A full bath and television allows the kids/teenagers to self-contain themselves while parents relax downstairs or in their lower level bedroom. The roofline does drop over the twin beds, so adults and older kids have to duck (please see the picture). The queen bed in the loft has a tall ceiling above it.
Location, location, location!
Park your car at the condo or take a shuttle in from the airport and then the rest of your stay is in walking distance. In the winter, it is under 5 minutes to walk to the Quicksilver Superchair and the ski school - from here you can access all of the Breckenridge resort ski trails. Best of all, avoid paying resort prices for lunch by coming home to the condo midday. Main Street is also less than a 5 minute walk and offers dozens of dining options, shopping, playgrounds, and grocery stores.
The brand new heated pool, 4 hot tubs, and pool house opened at the beginning of the 2018-19 ski season. Located right next to our building and viewable from our balcony, the pool and hot tubs are a great way to relax after a hard day of skiing or hiking.
Guests will have full access to the condo - you can arrive any time after 4pm on the day of your arrival; we are often booked back-to-back so early arrivals cannot be promised. This is a remote check-in condo; you will be provided with a custom PIN for the entry door that works only for you. When you arrive in Breck, head straight to the condo and use your PIN to enter. Then use your PIN for the rest of your trip - that means no lost keys on the slopes and no key swapping with the tired members of your group if you are headed for another run.

The Inner Circle condominium building is in a beautiful, quiet part of Breckenridge. Surrounded by beautiful pines and aspens, the condo makes an easy walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair, Village Ski and Snowboard School, Maggie's Pond, Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, and Main Street’s shopping and restaurants. Free bus service (brown route) is steps away if you want to visit more distant points.
Parking for one car is included in your reservation, but cars are absolutely not required. Shuttles operate from Denver and Eagle/Vail, and once you are here you really never need a car. Free buses service the entire town of Breckenridge, including shopping, dining, skiing, and everything in between.
We are NOT a management company, so you are only paying for the condo... not overhead of websites, receptionists, advertising, and office buildings.
