Kitchen is stocked with everything needed. Grill and a hot tub! Excellent location. Ski/walk to the Gondola and at the end of the day, Ski-in off the 4 O’clock Run. Home just two blocks off of historic Main St. Perfect for family gathering and groups. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

On the top floor it offers privacy to the south facing deck with its roof cover and views across Lake Dillon to the 13,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. There are 5 major ski resorts within 30 minutes and all of the outdoor activities you could think of. The amphitheater, marina, shops, eateries is a short walk away. You will feel like you are in a mountain retreat, but you will be in downtown Breck. There is a new fitness center. My favorite is the indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by outdoor hot tubs. Excellent locale - centrally located. 3 blks to Main st (10 min walk) where shops/restaurants located. Recently remodeled, brand new modern sofa sleeper, all new appliances, tile and carpet. Meticulously clean. We do not accept pets at this location.
