Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals oude paneeldeuren en glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, at 5 to 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.
