The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.
