High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

We offer privacy and comfort along with beautiful views in your private suite in the mountains, with lots of outdoor space. We're within easy driving distance to Sylva, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, Cherokee and more. We're not fancy but clean and welcoming, with lots of amenities. EVERYONE WELCOME! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Refresh, recharge, and reconnect with those you love. There is no internet access but time to spend with family. Light you a fire in the outdoor fire pit and look at the stars. If you love running water, there is a small branch of water beside the house. Plenty of outdoor space
