Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Off-the-grid, solar powered small studio with thatched roof has Starlink internet, a queen size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, hammock and a palapa shaded patio. Free parking is 2 small blocks away from the house. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cool box are provided. Dive shops, swimming beach and restaurants are located within 5 minutes walking distance. The Surf Hut and Pelican Palace are located on the same lot but have independent access. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old.

This place has everything that you need for a comfortable stay, safe area, all services available and has everything nearby, by walking less than 5 minutes you will find tons of restaurants, stores and supermarkets, even a baseball stadium. By driving for 5 minutes you will find most of the beaches in Cabo, a Cinema, a mall, among other things. The house is located near Cabo's Town Hall and the police department.

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.
