The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, INSIDE AND OUT

Please Note: This property is not accessible with trailers or boats because of the tight turns on the road in. It is no problem for standard size cars or pickups. Come enjoy our Mountain Getaway nestled in The Nantahala National Forest and only 3 miles from Main St. in Franklin. You will enjoy quiet solitude after a full day of hiking, biking, white water rafting, or viewing some of our many waterfalls. Your GPS will get you to our door but feel free to call if further directions are needed.

The Blue Ridge Parkway and Smokey Mountains Nat. Park with hiking, waterfalls and winter sports are also just up the road.

This apartment is attached to my home, but has a separate entrance. One queen bed. Kitchen area does not have a regular stove/oven but does have a counter top toaster/broiler/convection oven, brand new 2 burner stove top, electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator. Also, just added a TV to the apartment. Open area with couch and chair. Island top with 2 chairs. Private bathroom and access to washer & dryer. Guests can expect privacy while enjoying the deck and using the grill and/or hot tub.

Lone Star Retreat # 3 at Lake Junaluska is a charming 1BR apartment with a 60' deck overlooking the lake. PET FRIENDLY, private fire pit w/ deck seating, free access to pool, tennis, FAST WiFi. Located on the south side of the lake where its peaceful & quiet. Apt is complete with amenities for a long weekend or an extended stay. 10 min to restaurants, shops & grocery stores. Four golf courses within 5-15 min, ski Cataloochee Mt. 20 min away. Ask about our other properties if we're booked!

Welcome to Our Charming First-Floor Apartment! Our cozy and inviting first-floor apartment is just steps away from all the beauty and activities that Lake Junaluska and the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer. From May through September, guests can enjoy seasonal amenities like the swimming pool, sport courts, lakeside gardens, and more! The apartment has its own private entrance and porch, located in a peaceful and walkable neighborhood—perfect for morning strolls or evening relaxation.

The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

亲Mooners

Honey Mooners log cabin apartment, located with a Smoky Mountains stunning view, is the lower living quarters which is completely separated from the upper level. Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. Spacious with a cozy living room, dinning room, one bedroom with king size bed, and a relaxing sunroom. Sofa bed. One full bathroom with linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and gas fireplace, fire-pit, laundry and a full kitchen set up. Pets must be approved before booking.

Chrissy 的小木屋

Perfect location and pet-friendly (please check pet fee). Lake Junaluska, Waynesville and Maggie Valley are minutes away, and a half-hour to Asheville. Easily accessible all four seasons, the apartment is the entire first floor, with private ground-level entrance. Dedicated parking for two cars, though not large enough for trailers. Not suitable for children under 12. Due to the quiet vibes of the neighborhood, motorcycles are discouraged.
