Welcome to Casita Sarita, Your Urban Escape! A large, beautiful, light-filled studio in the heart of SE Portland, walking distance to everything. I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This is the only fee I can control, so I hope it's helpful. On site professional MASSAGE(by me!) available. Please make yourself at home, relax, and rejuvenate. I look forward to hosting you!

This modern 2BD ground floor apartment is tucked away below a classic Victorian. It's a garden sanctuary full of natural light and no stairs required. The apartment was built 2016, blending Victorian charm with modern flow and amenities. Our house has a walk score of 93! Located just three miles south of downtown Portland, the Sellwood Moreland neighborhood is home to coffee shops, restaurants, unique local shops, grocery, wildlife refuge, roller rink and parks. So much to LOVE about Sellwood!

Beaverton Retreat

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. Higher fee with longer stays.

Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments.
