It is located in a quiet and safe community, only 8-10 min from Las Vegas Blvd. The studio count with a luxurious Queen size bed, a sofa bed, 55 inch TV, Wifi, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, silverware, cookware, rice cooker, Iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer and many other things for your comfort. It also include the main amenities. It is very close to shopping centers and food markets (including Walmart, Sam's club, etc).

The suite is fully separated from our main home, offering comfort, privacy, and a private entrance with dedicated parking on the right side of the driveway. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to shops and cafes. Please note: the studio is windowless by design for added quiet and privacy. The room was formally used for crushing, bottling, and aging wine but we have completely remodeled it into a small studio with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, powder room, and outdoor shower. Aside from the vineyard view, enjoy the wild desert views and amazing night skies while visiting.
