A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. A 5-minute walk from "Place Massena", 10 minutes from Vieux-Nice and the Marché aux Fleurs, 7 minutes from the main Avenue Jean Médecin. All the city's attractions are within easy reach.

Located in the "Ponchettes" it dates back to the 18th century but has been tastefully upgraded. Please note the configuration of the apartment does not allow the hosting of people with reduced mobility.
