The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.

Situated in the heart of the old town of Nice, the apartment has stunning panoramic sea views from the balcony and is directly opposite the beach. Located in the "Ponchettes" it dates back to the 18th century but has been tastefully upgraded. Please note the configuration of the apartment does not allow the hosting of people with reduced mobility.
