This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Tinos, Agios Romanos

The house is located at Agios Romanos' beach. The beach can be accessed on foot. There is a tavern, a small cafe and a beach bar. The sofas and the KIng size bed are built-in. The most outstanding feature of the house is the unique view, which you can enjoy from every room and the balcony. After every accommodation, the house is sanitized with the use of a steam cleaner and detergents that contain chlorine. During your stay and if you wish to, the house is cleaned every 3 days, free of charge.

Χορέψτε κάτω από την πανδαισία χρωμάτων της ανατολής. Πάρτε το πρωινό σας ακούγοντας τα κύματα, χαλαρώστε ακούγοντας την αγαπημένη σας μουσική στο εξωτερικό κρεβάτι. Δοκιμάστε τοπικούς μεζέδες στην τραπεζαρία κάτω από τη σκιά της πέργκολας, κάνετε ένα χαλαρωτικό μασάζ στην πισίνα απολαμβάνοντας το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Όταν νυχτώσει απολαύστε τους φωτισμένους βράχους, που προστατεύουν την αυλή, και τη χρυσαφένια θάλασσα . Έχοντας γευτεί κάθε στιγμή της μέρας μία ζεστή φωλιά θα σας περιμένει.

传统石屋内的公寓

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
