A unique villa with tranquil views. Inspired by the humble complexity of the Cycladic islands, the 3 en-suite bedroom villa has unobstructed views towards the Aegean sea. The villa has a shaded outdoor living/dining area that can be used throughout the day. This open space encourages socializing in the true spirit of laid-back summer living. A The villa also has a shaded Jacuzzi lounge area . The design and the material pallete is inspired from the island’s tradition and local craftsmanship.

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).
