This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
