1910 craftsman in the heart of the Mississippi district, Portland. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and only two blocks from the Max light rail. Basement apartment is brand new and includes sauna, digital projector, a pull down screen, queen sized Murphy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen. Secure & private access is through two locked doors from the side of the house. Our small family of three plus a cat live upstairs. Perfect private getaway or weekend adventure.

It's a quick walk to Woodlawn Park, great coffee, a bakery, pizza, whiskey bar, a brewery, seasonal farmers market, and minutes from Alberta Arts District. The airy, open floor plan is filled with natural light, mixed textiles and warm woods. A cedar-surround outdoor shower and private 5x7 Finnish sauna lend to the spa-like setting. Guests say it’s hard to leave!

It is walking distance from the vibrant SE Division Street with bars and restaurants like Salt and Straw, Ava Gene's, Cibo, and Cat's Paw, etc. within a 5 minute walk. You’ll love our place because of the location, the quiet street and the lovely modern interior design. Oh and you'll have the whole place to yourself in a peaceful and quiet backyard. You will have access to the sauna (sauna robes included).
