The Royal Alfred Marina is an exclusive waterfront complex, the ultimate holiday destination. The Marina is the safest place to be. Access is through a single access controlled gateway and is restricted to residents and guests. There is also a 24 hour security patrol. THE HOUSE HAS SOLAR.
