NO RAGE STUDENTS - we love our happy place too much!!! Oyster is a charming beach house perched on Signal Hill with expansive 270 degree views of the entire Bay and all its beaches. The house is light and airy and offers a relaxed yet chic environment for the guests who likes both style and comfort. Now with ample solar and inverter backup. The most popular beaches are within walking distance and so is the main village with supermarkets, deli's, restaurants and a variety of shops.

The first time we walked up the stairs and saw Jeffrey's Bay stretching in front of us, our hearts sang. After ten years of dreaming and two years of planning we finally created a modern beach front house by the surf. 127 de Gamma is built with a European style but an African heart. Whilst the bedrooms are downstairs, the open plan upstairs is all about the view. 2 guests may also stay in the unattached annex at the bottom of the garden. They have a totally separate area.

This historic townhouse is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private courtyard is ideal for a braai (barbecue), or a quiet coffee. The house is child-friendly, and pets are welcome too. A gun-safe is provided, ideal for hunters. The stove is gas, so cooking during load-shedding is never a problem! As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.
