There are many interesting places nearby such as the world heritage city Quedlinburg at 20 km, Rappbode reservoir, and Wernigerode's old town and castle at 25 km. You can also visit the town centre at 500 m and explore the Mousetrap Museum. Kids can have fun in the furnished garden with the shared play equipment while you lie down cherishing the view of the lake, mountains, and forests. You can relax indoors in the living-dining room by the cozy wood stove. Parking is also arranged. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Public transport lies 500m away and train station is at 1km. Das Haus wurde 2025 fertig gestellt & besticht durch seine offene Architektur & hochwertige Ausstattung. Der Wohn- & Essbereich bietet dank großer Fensterfronten direkten Seeblick. Hier treffen gemütliche Entspannung & stilvolles Design harmonisch aufeinander. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Eine Sauna & eine weitläufige Terrasse laden zum entspannen ein.

Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.
