Podem ser alugadas separadamente ou em conjunto. O espaço exterior é comum. Tem uma vista linda de mar, que nos dias de melhor visibilidade permite ver as Ilhas de São Jorge e do Pico ao longe. A casa está virada para uma ribeira, tem total privacidade e completa inserção na natureza, com grandes árvores e campos verdejantes.

O apartamento 03 está incluído num complexo de 6 apartamentos, o AngrA+. É um T1 duplex com 51m2, com sala e um quarto, dominado por 2 oratórios do séc. XVI. Situa-se no piso 1 e tem uma janela com uma vista impressionante. Tem uma varanda exclusiva (17m2) com vista sobre o jardim, cidade e mar. Ocupação 1-3 pessoas (cama de casal e sofá-cama). Os espaços comuns incluem um jardim, uma pool exterior, um salão com biblioteca e lareira, uma esplanada e uma lavandaria self-service.

Casa do Lagar (T2) aims to offer you a relaxing stay on Terceira Island, Azores. Located in the Biscoitos vineyard country, it is a 15-minute walk from the natural pools and 15 minutes from the center of the parish. It can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Casa do Lagar has a patio with a wood oven and barbecue and a backyard where you can enjoy the sounds of the sea, rocking yourself in the swing hammock.
