The penthouse suite is on the 2nd Floor of the house, so stairs are necessary to reach your private apartment.

A Casa do Becco é um espaço habitacional, com 283m2 de área, 3 pisos e 4 quartos, preparado para receber até 8 hóspedes, com o maior conforto e harmonia. Localizada na zona classificada pela UNESCO património mundial e construída há mais de 300 anos, foi adquirida em 2006 e totalmente reabilitada em 2008, projeto executado pelo anfitrião, arquiteto de profissão. Há ainda um vasto jardim, com 2.500m2, o qual tem uma vista absolutamente deslumbrante sobre o centro histórico e o oceano, imperdível.

A Casa das Doze Ribeiras é uma casa de campo tradicional totalmente recuperada. Tem um apartamento com uma grande sala e um quarto, e um estúdio em baixo, na antiga loja. Podem ser alugadas separadamente ou em conjunto. O espaço exterior é comum. Tem uma vista linda de mar, que nos dias de melhor visibilidade permite ver as Ilhas de São Jorge e do Pico ao longe. A casa está virada para uma ribeira, tem total privacidade e completa inserção na natureza, com grandes árvores e campos verdejantes.
