Cottage has it's own private driveway with ample parking. We are a quick 30 minutes or less to downtown/UofA and shopping, hiking, restaurants & grocery stores are all within 5 minutes travel.

NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

Guesthouse is fully equipped (full kitchen, full bath) and set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district – Main Gate Square, 4th Avenue, Downtown – and walking distance to restaurants and parks. Parking is off-street and very secure.
