The studio itself is set on 5 private acres with views of 8 separate mountain ranges, so your afternoon barbecues will always be backdropped by beauty!

One block from house is park with grass area which is also the trailhead to Confluence Park, a beautiful hike along the Virgin river.

It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.
