It is just a few minutes walk from the City of Arts and Sciences and the Carmen neighbourhood, and less than two minutes away you can catch a bus that takes you directly to the beach.

Situado en el epicentro de la ciudad de Valencia, en una de las calles más importantes, silenciosa completamente, ideal para poder descansar muy agusto y peatonal, denominada Cirilo Amorós. Ubicado en un excelentísimo barrio, con un ambiente muy agradable y seguro. No aceptamos a huéspedes menores de edad si no van acompañados de algún adulto durante toda su estancia.

Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

A rental agreement is required, the minimum stay is 11 days, and we comply with the urban rental law, ideal for digital nomads and workers.
