This lower level unit of a 1910 historic row home was recently renovated. It is perfect for tourists and business travelers alike and has an elegant, quaint feel with modern amenities.
The apartment living space is cozy and comfortable, with gorgeous exposed brick wall, cool lighting, and cozy reading nooks. You will find plenty of storage space in the bedroom closets. We provide linens and pillows and blankets. The fully equipped Gourmet kitchen provides you with everything you need to cook at home. The en-suite washer and dryer will save you a trip to the laundromat, so pack light! The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We created this apartment to be your perfect home away from home.

The apartment has enough room for one person, a couple, two couples or a family of 4.
We live immediately in the upper level of this historic Mount pleasant row house, so we are just a phone call, text message, or doorbell ring away should you have any questions or need help with anything. This private apartment has two separate entrances (front and back).
We respect our guests privacy but also enjoy interacting with them to provide any needed assistance, suggestions, or tips during their stay.
The apartment is located in the charming and central Mount Pleasant district, a leafy neighborhood with a small-town feel, historic architecture, and vibrant culinary offerings.
The apartment enjoys good access to public transportation: major bus stops are 1 to 2 blocks away and Columbia Heights metro station is less than a 10 minute walk (Cleveland Park Metro is a short bus ride away). Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis but residential parking permits are required during the week (not weekends) if you plan to park more than 2 hours at a time. We can provide you with a parking pass if you need one.
