It has an Elevator, four 70' inch smart tv's throughout the house and all the latest technology to go with it! The location is the best on the beach with the master bedroom sitting high on the 3rd floor with unobstructed and panoramic sunset views! Everything in the house is custom including the art! Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
