Cozy, clean and great vibe! This updated (including solar battery backup) cottage with a modern retro flair is in a walkable location near the General Store, Coastal Kitchen, and main beach access. It is a sleepier section of the village with a peekaboo view of the ocean from the corner of the deck, and pastoral views from the fully fenced backyard. There's even a doggy door for your medium or smaller furry friend. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Private, quiet, peaceful family or couple-friendly rustic farm cottage, wine country retreat with a private pool minutes away from wineries, like Schug, Gloria Ferrar, Viansa, Ram's Gate and Sonoma town square. Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Horses are our neighbors and life slows down here.

The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.
