Located 1/2 mile from Newport Beach and walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and stores it is great home base for exploring the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa area and is just 2 miles from the water! Guest house is detached from main house, has private entrance, parking, full kitchen and fenced off back yard space. The Patio includes a BBQ and patio table to enjoy So-Cal evenings or take in the sun while not out exploring. Accommodating for both adventure and work travel!

Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood.

Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

With views of 100-year-old oak trees, the sounds of chickens clucking and horses clopping, and walking distance from 4,500 acres of scenic trails!

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

D'Attic is newly Remodeled in July 2024. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are located 10-15 Minutes from Disneyland, the beach, shopping and much more! D'Attic features and open concept design dressed in high end appliances with a unique Childrens nook that is one of a kind. Relax in a comfy Cal King Bed in addition to a queen size sofa bed. D'Attic is located on the Second Floor with its own private entrance.

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.
