Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Low Tide Suite is located on the first floor of the home, which provides easy access for guests traveling with kids or older guests that prefer not to do many steps. With a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, this modern minimalist space is a great place to call home for your beach vacation!

It is a short 15 minute drive to both Cape May and Wildwood if you’re visiting for the beach or just a relaxing trip. You can find many different restaurants and things to do around town!
