This place is surrounded by a lot of trees, where you can breathe clean air and a lot of space for walking and sports.

Indoor heated pool is open year round 10am-10pm. We provide towels, bed quilts & pillows. You must bring your own sheets & pillowcases. Wash & dry towels before leaving.

You're central to everything Philadelphia has to offer and your stay includes access to the building's shared gym and sauna.

Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks are available free of charge with advance notice. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away. 20 min drive to Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beach.

You won't want to leave. I travel alot, but when home I live in an RV adjacent to the property. There is a fence that separates your space from my area.

Newly constructed beach house with gorgeous views and lots of space. The roof deck provides amazing views of the marsh and ocean, which is a 3 minute walk. Entire home has Sonos, including under the house, which has a sauna, the 1st and 2nd floor decks. The living room features a see-thru fireplace, which is shared with the deck. The first floor includes a game room featuring a 12' shuffleboard table, foosball, arcade center, and bumper pool/card table combo, as well as a theater room.

With three large bedrooms and three baths, an extra work space with a built in bunk bed for an extra guest and a washer and dryer. The backyard is very private and completely fenced in and perfect for dogs. There is an outdoor shower and a grill and fire pit. The front room has a fireplace and the back porch is the perfect summer retreat.
