This adorable residence is in a private setting, yet only a short 5 min walk to the Gondola, Heavenly Village, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Close to world-class skiing, boarding, hiking, biking, rafting, and more! Guests will also have private access to beautiful private Lakeside Beach. The entire home was remodeled in 2018. Parking available for ONE vehicle only.

It’s 100ft from the local brewery, and if beer is not your jam-you can head over to Las Panchitas to have a margarita on the patio (just a stones throw away). From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
