Best location in the Harbor- It is a 40' boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, Island Packers, and more!

Our guest cottage features a private deck overlooking Strawberry Creek and a natural fern garden, providing the perfect retreat and ideal setting for your morning coffee or afternoon wine. The kitchen includes a vintage stove & refrigerator for light meal preparation & the bedroom comes with a SleepNumber bed for your personalized sleeping comfort.

Hike forest trails with access from the property, a private, sustainable off the grid getaway. The Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it.
